Loved all the items. Really cute, unique items.

I thought this was a super fun box. We were worried about it as we saw a box from a few/couple months prior to ours that would have been disappointing. This box though, awesome! We had so much fun “unboxing” and reading about the items. I think it was right there at worth the money. I hope the next one is fun too!

I was super happy and satisfied with my first Kawaii box. All items were super kawaii and can’t wait to use them. I highly recommend Kawaii boxes to anyone who wants a bit of cuteness in their life

I ordered a box from Kawaii Box as a pick-me-up for myself. I got the idea from an officemate who said it is great to have something to look forward to since the pandemic had been tough on all of us! I loved my box when it arrived though it was missing one item. I reached out to the customer service and they responded promptly. I was impressed. The Kawaii Box customer service is awesome! I received the additional item today and definitely I am considering ordering my next box!

I received my first Kawaii box and it met all my expectations. The tumbler was my favorite! I needed a cute one to add to my small Kawaii collection. Can’t wait to see what I will be getting in the next future boxes!

The assortment of items I received were delightful. It was a charming combination of both useful and novelty items. The items are relatively small compared to other subscription boxes (sokawaii, Doki Doki, Yume Twins, etcetera), but the price point is also lower than alternatives; so keep that in mind. This box was originally $25 I believe. However, the pandemic likely resulted in a rise in price. This remains true for most subscriptions presently though, it seems.

However…I used a code on my order which was meant to include a complementary bento box assortment. I never received this and was never informed of any updates regarding its status.

I shipped the April box to my friend in Washington and SHE LOVED IT SO MUCH I wanted to buy the May box for myself! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

I love this box, but I feel like a lot of it is stationary as opposed to toys and things of that nature. For me, personally, I don’t need a ton of office supplies. It would be great for a student or someone who works in an office setting!

Loved the items that came but I was missing one item, customer support was very helpful and friendly tho ( Very quick responses too!) They did help me get that missing item in the end.

Kawaii Box has been an awesome experience for us! I bought it for my wife and she absolutely loves it I’ll be keeping my subscription for a very long time! :)
