After your box has arrived in your country, you can track it on your local post office website. Your box usually arrives within 1-2 weeks.

My box has been shipped but cannot be found on the tracking?
You will receive the shipment confirmation email once your box has been shipped.
It might take a few days until your box has been registered to the tracking. No worries though! Your box will be trackable soon.
The status in tracking is 'received by customer'?
That is the status given to all shipments once they have been registered to the tracking.
It means that the shipping company has received the box from us (not from you, the customer).
How long will it take for my box to arrive?
The boxes usually arrive within 1-2 weeks after shipping depending on your location.
