Frequently Asked Questions

The shipping is $10 worldwide and includes a tracking code for your box.

  • If you live in the EU a value-added tax (VAT) will be added to your order.
  • If you live in the US tariffs will be added to your order. 

    You will not have to pay the extra when the order arrives in your home country.

For our EU customers the value-added tax (VAT) is included in the shipping cost. You will not have to pay the tax when the order arrives in your home country.

We ship to virtually every country in the world.

Please contact us to change your shipping address to make sure all unshipped boxes will arrive to your new address.

If you subscribe in February the first box you will receive will be the March Kawaii Box, and if you subscribe in March you will receive the April Kawaii Box and so on.

The boxes usually arrive within 1-2 weeks after shipping depending on your location.

After your box has been shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking code. Please see this page for more information about tracking your box and delivery times.

Your account is charged each month the same day that you first subscribed.

At this time we are only offering recurring subscriptions. However, you can easily purchase just one box by subscribing and then cancelling your subscription right away. That way you will only be billed for the one month’s box.

The prices on our website are in US Dollars. If you are not in the U.S. the order amount will be converted to your credit card's local currency by PayPal or by your credit card provider.

You can cancel your subscription easily anytime by logging into your account. Please note that if you have already paid for the next box and it has been assigned a tracking code, we cannot provide a refund. Also, the 3-month, 6-month and 12-month plans cannot be canceled or refunded after the first box has been shipped.

Unfortunately, the Japanese manufacturers do not usually specify if the snacks are gluten-free or suitable for vegans. We also cannot guarantee that they do not include any animal-based products.
